What if I move my residence?

You can still use your charger but it may or may not be in the same area with the same utility company and the ev.energy program may or may not be offered in your new area. The unit is portable so you can set it up on the ev.energy program with your utility if you have moved to a participating location. ev.energy is regularly adding new utility companies to their program so check with support@ev.energy to see if they are participating in the location you are moving to. If they do not, you can still use your charger with the Smartenit app at your new location. You will find convenient smart charging features in the Smartenit app available for Android and IOS.
