Winback Offer — Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. The offer

EV Dot Energy Limited (ev.energy, we, us, our) is offering eligible users a one-time payment of £25 upon completion of the qualifying action described below (the Offer).

2. Eligibility

The Offer is open to ev.energy account holders who:

  • Are resident in the United Kingdom; and
  • Received a direct invitation to this Offer from ev.energy by email or push notification.

The Offer is personal to the invited account holder and is not transferable.

3. How to qualify

To earn the £25 payment, you must complete a qualifying smart charge through the ev.energy app on or before 11:59 pm (UK time) on 2 July 2026.

A qualifying smart charge means:

  • A home charging session of at least 1 kWh registered through the ev.energy app; and
  • The session is managed by ev.energy (smart charging must be enabled in the app)

Public charging, workplace charging, and charging sessions not managed by ev.energy do not qualify.

4. Payment

The £25 payment will be made by PayPal. To receive payment you must add your PayPal details in the ev.energy app.

PayPal payment functionality will be available in the app from the second week of July 2026. Payments will be processed by 31 July 2026, provided your PayPal details have been added in the app before that date.

The Offer is limited to one payment per account, regardless of the number of vehicles or devices connected.

ev.energy is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete PayPal details submitted by users. If payment cannot be made due to incorrect details, ev.energy reserves the right not to re-issue payment.

5. General conditions

  • The Offer may not be combined with any other ev.energy promotional offer or discount unless expressly stated.
  • ev.energy reserves the right to verify qualifying charges and to withhold or reclaim payment where there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid activity.
  • ev.energy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer where it is reasonably necessary to do so for reasons outside ev.energy's reasonable control. We will give notice where practicable. Any such change will not affect the right to payment of any participant who has already completed a qualifying smart charge before the change takes effect.
  • ev.energy's decision on matters relating to the Offer will be made reasonably and in good faith. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • The Offer has no cash alternative other than the stated payment.

6. Governing terms

This Offer is subject to ev.energy's standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply in full. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and ev.energy's standard Terms and Conditions,these promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the Offer and its mechanics; ev.energy's standard Terms and Conditions shall prevail in all other respects.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
