Can the app track my charging on the go?

If you have a vehicle that is compatible with our app and you've connected it to the account, you can use the app to track your charging on the go. You should have logged in with your car’s credentials during the onboarding process in the app.

If you skipped this step, just head to your Settings > Vehicle > Update car and log in to your car account there.

Unfortunately, if you have a vehicle that is not compatible with our app and a BG SyncEV charger, you can only use the app to track your charging at home.

We're working behind the scenes all the time and we'll be rolling out support for other vehicles in the near future.
