My charger can't be found

  1. Follow the steps on How to connect your charger to network? to confirm you charger is connected to a network so that it can come online.
  2. After connecting to a network, head to the web portal and confirm that you have granted permissions and have connected to the correct URL.

PLEASE NOTE: We'll do our best to help you out. However, provide the software solution to your charger, so if the issue is hardware related you will need to contact your installer or manufacturer.
