If the app doesn't recognise your car registration, try entering your vehicle details manually. If your car isn't listed in the manual selection list, please get in touch on email@example.com and we'll get that added to our system.
To help speed up the car set up process, we'll ask you to enter your car registration number. This means you don't have spend time manually setting up your car on our system, and ensures we smart charge your correctly as we have the correct battery size on file for you.
There are a number of reasons why this might happen:
- You have a new car that our third-party registration database doesn't recognise.
- You're entering an incorrect number
- You're entering a non-UK registration - only UK registration plates are accepted.
