Your Rolec charger may flash green when it is in standard mode - i.e. acting as a "dumb charger" and charging straight away when something is plugged in. Your unit may show this when smart charging has been disabled in the app, or it may have reverted to this mode because it has dropped offline.
The app can only reflect the latest information given to it by the unit, so in this instance, it may show out of date information (e.g. "plugged in" when you're not).
If turning on smart charging in your app has no effect, you can try reseting the unit at the breaker to re-establish a connection with our server. Turn it off for thirty seconds and back on and it should establish this.
